Yin Yoga and Liberation Mantra Meditation (Om Namo…)

I know it can be SCARY to sit still…

Namaste-halloween-cat

(sorry, it’s Halloween) BUT not with this month’s podcast.  It’s an approx. 30 min Yin Yoga practice, with a meditation on the mantra OM NAMO BHAGAVATE VASUDEVAYA.  As always in Yin Yoga, there should NEVER be pain, especially sharp or stabbing pain.  The postures might not be luxuriously comfortable  – that’s part of the practice – but they should be something you can sit with.

I’ve added the above picture for clarification of Stirrup Pose.
