Level 1 Vinyasa Flow – Mudita (Joy!)

A 60-min., moderately-paced vinyasa flow with an emphasis on gentle heart opening. We practice a mudita (sharing joy) meditation with a mantra.  This recording is rather low volume, so external computer speakers would probably help you listen.

“May I learn to appreciate the happiness and joy I experience.

May the joyI experience continue and grow.

May I be filled with joy and gratitude.”
