Head2Toe Slow Yoga Flow

This ~45 min, level 1 -2, slow vinyasa flow will move or stretch almost every part of your body – from hips to heart, feet to armpits, and shoulders to spine. You will also practice a calming breath. This is a great class when you don’t have too much time, but need to get your energy moving! There are no balancing poses in this practice, so those of you who find them a challenge are “off the hook.” today 😉
