Free Wild Thing Vinyasa Yoga Class is approximately 75 minutes long, including Savasana and closing meditation. It is appropriate for experienced yoga-asana practitioners. When you practice wild-thing, think about lifting your hips ABOVE your shoulders. This makes the complex rotation and weight bearing of the lower shoulder safer.
