This year I have THREE Winter Solstice events for you to enjoy and NOURISH yourself with.  Please read the descriptions and locations below to see which is yummiest to you! I can’t wait to see you there!

1Saturday. December 6th at Pranatonic in Golden; 10:30 AM – 1 PM

  • Join me for a FULL (~1.5 hr.) Yin and Vinyasa Yoga practice, and a Meditation and Journaling practice.  We will celebrate the rotation of our planet towards the light, discover our own needs and desires for the coming year, and send our intentions forth as community.

  • Winter Solstice Celebration: Embracing the Shadow and Calling in the Light with Amanda Schuster
  • Join me and Energy Coach Amanda Schuster for a nourishing yoga ritual workshop to help you relax and more deeply experience this time of year.
  •  restorative yoga to relax the body,
  •  meditation to invite peace of mind,
  •  journaling to cultivate and release emotions,
  • ritual to nourish the soul,
  •  and community to brighten our days and warm our hearts,
  • Pricing: by donation – all proceeds will go to the Himalyan Institute’s Total Health Project, providing whole health services to over 320,000 in need in Cameroon.
  • Please bring a notebook and a pen for journaling, as well as water, and any light snacks you will need
