Hello!  I’m just about to post my first “made for podcast” asana practice.   The quality and music volume is very good and the cues are intentionally redundant and specific so that you can practice along without confusion (hopefully!)

This intermediate-level, twisting practice works with the breath mantra “So Ham” which means “I am that.”  Inspired by my friend Amanda’s poem, this practice is meant to inspire you to acceptance and integration of both your right and left; light and shadow; passive and active sides.  (perhaps Amanda will let me post her poem later)

Click on the link to the right hand side of this page OR the  Podcast page to listen.  Namaste!
